Philosophy of Counseling
I deeply believe in the therapeutic alliance between client and counselor for effective growth and change. It is important for me to build a safe relationship with my clients where they'll feel encouraged and not alone in their process of growth.

My philosophy of counseling derives from an integrative orientation. As a mental health professional, I practice with a theoretically integrative approach of Acceptance Commitment Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy.
